Background:
The use of boldenone has long been a popular drug for administration in various animals, such as cattle. Boldenone has been shown to improve the growth and feed conversion of cattle resulting in more efficient meat production. Structurally, boldenone differs only slightly from testosterone in that it possesses a double bond at the 1st position on the A-ring of the steroid structure. The two drugs however are very different in their effects and metabolism. Furthermore, the literature states that boldenone is, in fact, orally available in humans despite lacking a methyl group to protect the 17-OH group. However given the chemical properties of boldenone (as undecylenate), namely that it is a liquid at room temperature; this would obviously pose a significant problem in producing an oral version of this hormone. The literature is not clear on the difference in potency between orally administrated versus injected boldenone, probably again due to the lack of use of boldenone in an oral manner.
 

Introduction:
Boldenone undecylenate (USAN) (brand names Boldane, Equipoise, Parenabol, Vebonol, others), or boldenone undecenoate (BANM), also known as 1-testosterone 17β-undec-10-enoate, 1-dehydrotestosterone 17β-undec-10-enoate, or androsta-1,4-dien-17β-ol-3-one 17β-undec-10-enoate, is a synthetic, injected anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) and androgen ester that is used in veterinary medicine, specifically in horses.It is a long-acting ester of boldenone, which itself is a naturally occurring androgen (found in the scent gland of Ilybius fenestratus) and dehydrogenated analogue of testosterone.

Stacking Equipoise with Other Steroids:
Boldenone might be used in a couple of interesting ways, for example in combination with trenbolone to allow a lower dose of trenbolone while retaining similar anabolic effect and providing a needed amount of aromatizing steroid. It might also combined with Masteron or Primobolan, instead of testosterone, in self-prescribed HRT. The advantage would be reduced production of DHT. However, these uses have yet to be much explored.
 
But in general, for most Equipoise is not a first-call anabolic steroid. Not for reason of any real lacks, but simply because there are other choices that generally will work as well for the overall cycle plan.
