Introduction:

The name Superdrol is short for “Super Anadrol”, however this drug is also known as methasteron and methyldrostanolone. Even though the name is linked to Anadrol (oxymetholone) they have nothing in common and the name was chosen more for marketing than reality. Superdrol is a close derivative of drostanolone (masteron). The only difference to the molecule is the addition of a c17 alpha methyl group, this was done to allow oral administration.

Methyldrostanolone was developed in 1959 by Synex, but Superdrol in its actual form was never sold as a commercial medical product. Instead a modified version known as dimethazine was sold for a short period before being discontinued.

Methasterone (Superdrol, methasteron, and methyldrostanolone) is an oral anabolic steroid that was never marketed through legitimate channels for medicinal purposes. It was brought to market, instead, in a clandestine fashion as a “designer steroid.”The key ingredient in Superdrol is Methasteron, which is actually similar to the steroid Masteron. Thus, Superdrol is a very powerful supplement. In as little as 10 days, those on Superdrol will notice large increases in strength. Superdrol is an anabolic substance, meaning it promotes protein synthesis, and thus muscle strength. When muscles become stronger, they grow. Ultimately, Superdrol users experience large gains in muscle mass because their muscles become much stronger.

Due to the fast-acting Superdrol results, it’s commonly used as a kickstarter when stacked with long-ester injectables like testosterone enanthate/cypionate, trenbolone enanthate and Boldenone undecylenate. A common experience here is that users will add up to 10 pounds in lean muscle mass during their first 4-6 weeks, followed by more gains when the long-ester drug(s) really kick in.

Dosage:

The recommended use for this product is about 20mg to 40mg per day, depending on goals. With the cycle not being any longer than 6 weeks. Superdrol has been widely reported as being abused, with guys staying on cycle as long as 12 weeks, with devastating results on their liver functions.

Stacking:

Superdrol has always stacked well with most injectable steroids or other hormones that do not have a c-17aa modification. Keep in mind, your liver would not be able to handle another oral stacked with superdrol. For bulking, deca durabolin and 19-Norandrosta 4,9 diene- 3,17 dione are the best stacked compounds, and for cutting, trenbolone. Since this steroid is particularly tough and hard to breakdown, this product is not recommended for use for any longer than 4 weeks due to severe liver toxicity. Though, some experienced bodybuilders who use N2Guard during the cycle report using superdrol for 6 weeks with good results.
